We provide care to aircrew, space, missile, Personnel Reliability Program, Presidential Support Program, and other special operational duty personnel in support of the operational mission of the Air Force.

Submit your required supporting documents per the instructions on the myIMR tab (your request cannot be processed without these!) Once our team receives all required documents, we will reach out to you if additional information is needed or once your request is complete.
**Please note that BOMC clearances require in-depth record reviews and take time to process! Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing. Last minute requests are not always able to be accommodated!
For SHPEs, once you’ve submitted your 2807 on myIMR, contact us via the appointment line above (following the prompts for SHPE) to get your appointment scheduled.
For PHA/MHA/DRHA appointments, once you’ve completed your questionnaire on myIMR, please follow the instructions on the MTF instruction tab of your myIMR to get scheduled.
