The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Health Services

Flight Medicine

We provide care to aircrew, space, missile, Personnel Reliability Program, Presidential Support Program, and other special operational duty personnel in support of the operational mission of the Air Force.

Flight Operational Medicine Clinic 

  • Services/ Overview:
    • Provides routine and acute care for empaneled populations.  
    • Flight & special duty personnel, Personnel Reliability Program, Arming Use of Force, Geographically Separated Unit members, Space Force empaneled members, Executive Medicine/DV Clinic patients. 
  • Hours of Operation:  
    • Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
    • 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month (MDG training days): 1 - 4:30 p.m.

Active Duty Sick Call

  • Services/Overview:
    • Active duty service members (including flyers, special duty personnel and PRAP/AUoF) that require acute, non-emergency medical attention are encouraged to utilize the active duty sick call. This is open to all active duty service members.  
    • Sick call is unable to see any patients with the following:
      • Symptoms >5 days
      • Patients who require LRMC ED or PCM follow-up
      • Patients who are <20 weeks pregnant with pregnancy complications
      • Patients who are >20 weeks pregnant
      • Wart cryotherapy
      • Lengthy/procedural encounters beyond scope of staff.  
    • Any patients who meet these criteria should contact the appointment line to schedule an acute appointment with their PCM clinic.  
    • Dental Sick Call: Please contact the Dental Clinic for any dental illness/injury that requires care. +49 06371-46-2210 (DSN: 479-2210) 
  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, sign in time: 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. at Building 2121 First Floor, enter on the side of the building. 

    • Closed on Medical Group training days and Wing Exercises 
    • Note: In the event of a medical emergency, proceed directly to the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center Emergency Room. To ensure safe and effective care, members will be screened upon check-in and any personnel that cannot receive care will be redirected. 

Base Operational Medicine Clinic 

  • Services/Overview: Accomplishes physicals exams and IMR requirements as outlined below: 
    • Initial Flying Class physicals 
    • DoDMERB Physicals 
    • Separation Health Physical Exam 
    • Palace Chase/Palace Front clearance 
    • Periodic Health Assessments & Mental Health Assessments 
    • Deployment Related Health Assessment

  1. For SHPEs, once you’ve submitted your 2807 on myIMR, contact us via the appointment line above (following the prompts for SHPE) to get your appointment scheduled.  

  1. For PHA/MHA/DRHA appointments, once you’ve completed your questionnaire on myIMR, please follow the instructions on the MTF instruction tab of your myIMR to get scheduled.  

  • For Flyers:

Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer 

  • Services/Overview: Facilitated completion of the items below and acts as the patient - provider liaison throughout the process.

  • Services/Overview: Accomplished Medical Clearances for retraining, special duty, PCS. As the ASIMS administrators, assists medical personnel and Commanders/designees with access to ASIMS.

Occupational Health Clinic

  • Services / Overview: Provides occupational surveillance for identified civilian and active duty populations. Provides medical assessments for civilian deployers, pre-placement exams, and tuberculosis screening and treatment.
