Industrial Respirator and Protective Mask Fit Testing

We provide quantitative and qualitative fit testing services for CBRN mask users, as well as for workers requiring respiratory protection within their work setting, by appointment only.
Protective mask fit testing is a one-time requirement. Testing may be redone when a new size or type of mask is issued, when the wearer gains or loses 10% or more of their body weight, or when the wearer experiences extensive dental work, facial surgery, scarring, or disfigurement.

Industrial respirator fit testing is an initial and annual requirement. Personnel completing an initial fit test (first time on the respiratory protection program), must complete a medical evaluation questionnaire with Public Health before scheduling an appointment.

Please visit TRICARE Online to schedule a respirator and/or protective mask fit test.
