Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Laboratory

Clinical Laboratory Services is inspected and accredited by the College of American Pathologists. The Laboratory is a “Limited Service Laboratory” as defined by the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program. We typically perform urinalysis and rapid waived testing. We have an extensive list of reference laboratories, military and civilian, that offer outstanding support beyond our normal capabilities. Referral services include Microbiology, Pathology, Coagulation, Immunohematology (Blood Bank/Blood Typing), and any other specialty testing.  

Military Members due for HIV IMR 

Red or yellow for HIV testing? Please send your PCM team a secure message on the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to place orders for labs. The PCM team will contact you via secure message when the order is placed and will instruct you to proceed to the lab during hours of operation.
