The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Developmental Behavioral Family Readiness Center  

The DBFRC is the Air Force surgeon general’s strategic program to help military families have the necessary developmental and behavioral health medical support anywhere in the world. Ramstein’s DBFRC team provides medical services to active duty command ponsored Air Force families throughout Europe.

  • Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters  project consultation: DSN 314-479-2469 

Our clinic requires a referral from a primary care manager. For questions about our services, please call our clinic during duty hours, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We do not offer walk-in services. Additional resources include chaplain services (DSN 314-480-6148/5753), Military and Family Life Counselors, and Primary Care Behavioral Health.
