Ramstein Health Promotions team cooks up healthy habits

EFMP observes Down Syndrome Awareness Month

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – The laughter and excitement of kids on the playground fills the air on a sunny October afternoon.

Evans, 86th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron mental health noncommissioned officer in charge, assists an evacuee during a measles, mumps and rubella vaccination program at Ramstein Air Base, Sept. 17, 2021. 86th OMRS Mental Health Flight Supports Military, Evacuees

During Afghanistan evacuation operations, the 86th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron’s mental health flight has been targeted to care for the military and evacuees.

Public Health Prevents Disease in Pods

As part of Operation Allies Refuge, the Public Health team at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is continuously out in the evacuee camps sharing tips and enforcing regulations to keep Airmen, volunteers and evacuees healthy.
